How do you bring together diverse sectors under one unified network?

Prospect Union launched the Women’s Network in 2023, in order to bring together all the women they represent across multiple professions. From the start of this project, engaging with members from every sector was vital, so we could create a framework that represented all voices, as well as being responsive to the varied objectives across the union.

Our strategic framework provided recommendations on establishing a democratic structure, equal representation and future opportunities for engagement and communication. The network launched with a bold visual identity that sat within the Prospect brand. Alongside this was a manifesto, with a tone of voice that conveyed a movement with a united and powerful voice, showing it is confident, active, challenging, and most importantly, inclusive.
