We worked with BNP Paribas to create a strong visual presence to support their DE&I narrative, encouraging moments of reflection, discussion, and challenge.

Although confronting sometimes uncomfortable issues, the themes of community, pride and identity were integral to Challenge Your Bias.

By unifying International Women’s Week, Pride and Multicultural Week under one umbrella brand we placed importance on showcasing progressive values across the year, with individual campaigns to celebrate International Women’s Week, Multicultural Week and Pride Week. These consisted of films, portrait exhibitions and an in-house program of events and workshops.
