MULTI CULTURAL WEEK
Brief: To create a multi media campaign for Multi Cultural Week that sat within the Challenge Your Bias brand. This launched in October 2019 and was devised in partnership with the Black, Asian and Hispanic Employee Resource Groups.
Inspired by iconic black and white portraits, the series invites you to get to know the people who make up BNP Paribas Americas with a little glimpse into who they are, while asking the question ‘What do you see?’. These personal statements by staff aim to subtly challenge and dispel racial stereotypes and bias by showing universal commonality and relatable experiences.
